Cloth is sold in WHOLE YARD increments. Please select your tartan, then select the number of yards by changing the product quantity (next to the "Add To Cart" button).
The cloth price shown is for 'double width' cloth (between 54" and 60" wide, depending on the mill), priced per yard. The material is the same exact material we use to make our Premier 8 yard kilts, the finest worsted wool from mills in the UK. This material is great for kilt making, upholstery, pillows, great kilts, etc. Typically, it will take 4 weeks to ship material, depending on availability.
If you're using the cloth for upholstery... A single width loom is used for the VAST majority of the cloth from the mill listed as 'HOE' and for select tartans from the mill listed as "Loch". In these instances, your material would come 32" wide, but you would get TWICE as much material (if you ordered 4 yards double, you may get 8 yards single width). If this is a concern, please contact us before ordering and we can check with the mill to see if the material will be double or single width.
